"Mr. Xie, Wen Jian is a seasoned and accomplished business leader with an impressive track record of success of three decades in both the MedTech and FMCG industries in US and Asia. He pioneered the entry of Johnson & Johnson Medical China and worked 14 years with increasing levels of responsibility from Sales Director to President of the company. He managed multiple franchises, over 3000 employees, and a US$1.3 billion business in China. He then became the Chairman and CEO of Shanghai Jahwa United Co. Ltd., a leading consumer products company in China with many leading brands in skin care, personal care, and home care segments and revenue over US$ 1 billion. He also served as a Vice President and General Manager of ConvaTec, Inc. managing its North Asia Business including markets of Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea. Wen Jian is currently a senior advisor to China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI).
